many other venues offer for an additional fee. Don’t

We build a “master detail”
document that includes the contact information for
any other vendor(s) involved in your event. We personally
contact each of those vendors the week prior to your
event to reconfirm the date, time of their arrival
and coordinate any setup and/or deliveries.
We work with you to build a menu that
suits your tastes, the type of event you are hosting
and most importantly, fits within that all-important
budget.
We build a timeline for your event
so that your event flows smoothly, and you and your
guests are comfortable and relaxed.
